Our people & teams
Meet Malin, our Data Engineer
I really enjoy working as a consultant! After completing the Solita Data Academy, I went straight to a client, diving right into real-world projects.
Meet Ville, our Senior Integration Specialist
We consultants learn in months what people in the private sector might take a few years to learn. It’s good to have that kind of challenge.
Meet Jakub, our Lifecycle Services Coordinator
I usually work at our Warsaw office, but I love to travel and I’m now having a sort of workcation and working remotely from South Africa.
Meet Hampus, our Integration Specialist
My work involves direct interaction with clients, but I appreciate the sense of identity we maintain as a consultancy. In the end, satisfaction at work often comes down to the specific clients we work with and the projects we undertake.
Meet Andrei, our Senior Integration Consultant
I have had the opportunity to work for many customers tackling a wide range of integration and digitalisation-related challenges.
I am also trying to balance work with the life of being a father of a 5-year-old daughter, and at the same time squeeze in time for some home renovation, car tinkering and gaming.
This is Cecilie, Advisory Software Developer from Denmark.
I enjoy the freedom and responsibility in my role. If you want to take responsibility, you will get it even if you don’t have that much experience, as long as you can learn new things.
This is Kalle, our Data Architect working with our industrial customers in Turku, Finland.
I joined the team about four years ago as a Data Engineer, and I’ve worked as a Data Architect for the past few years. My role in the projects is very technical, and my job, in a nutshell, is to figure out how we collect, save, and present data from industrial processes.
This is Maiju, our Principal Service Designer.
I love the Solita community and the flexibility I have in my role. Since I’m one of the 4 designers so far in our Central European operations, I have plenty of autonomy in my work, and I get to rethink my role and develop people around me.
Meet Niko, our Software Developer and recent Dev Academy Graduate from Oulu, Finland.
I’m working for Solita three days a week while I continue with my University Degree. Solita has a strong knowledge sharing culture and I appreciate the fact that employees get to have a say in what they want to work on.
This is Tatiana, our Data Engineer from Sweden.
My journey at Solita began with the Data Academy. In a very short time, we studied and completed numerous practical exercises and cases using a wide range of tools.
This is Abir, our Account Executive living in Denmark.
I used to work here for five years before trying something different, but many reasons attracted me back.
This is Lia de Navarro Menezes, Integrations Specialist living in Sweden.
I really like the culture, it is open and inclusive, and it is easy to make friends. I hang out with a lot of my colleagues outside of work too.
This is Per Ohlqvist, Enterprise Design People Lead from Lund, Sweden.
It sounds like a cliché to say that we have a unique culture because all consulting companies say the same thing. But at Solita, it’s for real – we have a special culture where everyone is willing to share, help each other, and learn new things.
This is Brice, our Data Engineer Consultant, based in Leuven, Belgium.
Two years ago, I made the decision to join Solita. The decision was driven by more than just a career move; it was about finding a workplace with a culture aligned with my values.
This is Pauline, our Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Leuven, Belgium.
Working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a value-driven company has been a great experience. My role entails a variety of assignments, and I’m involved with people a lot, which is wonderful as I love collaborating with others.
This is Satu, our Machine Learning Engineer based in Turku, Finland.
I landed my dream job when I joined Solita. During my interview process, I was impressed with how well I was being taken care of.
This is Jens, our Senior Developer and Tech Evangelist in Denmark.
I’ve been involved in many different projects with several customers. I’m also a Tech Evangelist, which in one part is about tech nerdy stuff with deployments, coding, and helping our customers achieve their goals.
This is Michiel, our Cloud Architect from Ghent, Belgium.
I was one of the first to join from Ghent. Solita opened a light office in Ghent after my colleague Bruno and I started working in this part of the country.
This is Emma, our Master Data Management Consultant at the Munich office.
People here are open, easy-going, and collaborative. Employees are encouraged to speak up, and if there is a problem, there is also a will to solve it. I’ve found my colleagues to be helpful and caring; support is always available.
This is Jokke, our Machine Learning Architect based in Tampere.
I could describe myself as a Machine Learning Multitasker, as I tend to get involved with many different tasks and projects. At Solita, I’ve been able to expand my role and enjoy the wide variety of assignments.
This is Anahit, our Lead Cloud Software Engineer and AWS Data Hero from Finland.
Constant learning is the thing that makes me thrive at work. If you become too comfortable and stay stagnant in this industry, you actually start going backwards.

Benefits of being a Solitan – Our benefits
Our culture and benefits reflect our values. Here’s some examples of how working here supports balanced life in different stages.
-
Freedom & flexibility
At Solita, hybrid work is absolutely ok. And work adjusts to your daily life: sometimes personal matters or changes in life call for shorter hours or increased flexibility. We’re completely fine with that.
Here’s four examples of how we support flexibility and work-life-balance:
- Hybrid work is part of our culture, and is defined by the team and project at hand
- Toolings, subscriptions and workstations support the way you want to work
- Unpaid leaves are ok – sometimes you just need time off
- Flexible working hours
-
Supporting well-being
Wellbeing consists of many different things. We are committed to supporting wellbeing from all different perspectives, be it through sports clubs or physiotherapy.
Check the list of the most beloved benefits for wellbeing:
- Comprehensive occupational health care with a strong focus on well-being, incl. for example psychotherapy services and sleep coach.
- Support for mental well-being with different coaching possibilities
- Each managerial team has their own budget for free time team activities
- Subsidised hobby clubs and after-work get-togethers
-
Learning & competence development
When you’re twenty and applying for your first job, you’ve got different needs than someone who’s got 20 years in the business. But one thing is in common: if you want to develop, it needs to be possible. Our learning academies support people at any stage of their careers.
Here’s some examples how that happens:
- Solita growth academy is a combination of different growth tracks for all solitans, covering both tech, methodology and cognitive skills.
- Competence communities support personal growth
- Certification opportunities – choose yours and go for it
- Using work time on competence development – not an open tap, but absolutely advisable
-
Life friendliness
Work life comes with lots of deadlines and combining schedules at work and at home with daycares and hobbies. At Solita, we try to make our daily life less hectic and more smooth sailing.
Few examples how:
- We’re all different. Our target is to make leading own well-being possible for every Solitan, be it by in-house coaching, virtual coaching or open group coaching, for example.
- We support parents to allocate their parental leave the way that best suits their lives. Be it father or mother, parenting comes first during the first important steps of child’s life.
- Day napping rooms – yes it’s absolutely ok at any of our offices if the situation calls for a nap!
- For some of us simple things, like biking to work, means the world. We value those things too by offering a bike benefit – among other things that just make us tick.
