The data and AI-driven digital transformation company Solita has announced its new EU-shoring service offering, introducing Solita Poland, a new centre of excellence. To lead the new service area, Solita has appointed Frida Carling. This strategic addition to Solita’s offering is designed to cater to the increasing customer demand for European services with competitive pricing.

Solita entered Poland in 2023 through the acquisition of Future Mind, an award-winning Polish technology company specialising in mobile, digital, and e-commerce solutions. Building on Future Mind’s expertise and resources, Solita is now launching a new Centre of Excellence—Solita Poland—which will focus on delivering nearshoring services aligned with European quality standards.

Related to the new operation, Frida Carling has been appointed as Director, nearshore commercial operations at Solita.

Solita’s new EU-shoring offering: Bridging talent, quality, and competitive pricing

With the launch of the Solita Poland Centre of Excellence, Solita is strengthening its presence in Poland. The new EU-shoring hub will support customers across all Solita markets by expanding the company’s capabilities through access to a broader talent pool and cost-efficient delivery—while maintaining high standards in education, language proficiency, and full EU regulatory compliance.

Poland offers the largest tech talent pool in Central and Eastern Europe, with over 500,000 IT professionals. Renowned for their strong technical education, Polish developers consistently rank among the global top three in international programming competitions. Combined with Solita’s proven people leadership and project practices, our Poland centre delivers consistent value and high-quality outcomes, reducing the risks often associated with traditional nearshoring.

“Our first customer deliveries are already underway, and the initial feedback has been very positive. The talent market in Poland offers great possibilities for our customers,” said Tomasz Jurek, Head of People Ops for Solita Poland.

“Our long-term vision is to build Solita Poland into a full-blown centre of excellence that supports our broad range of services across Europe. We are currently focusing on strengthening our Polish Connected Data team and are actively recruiting data engineers, data analysts, and integration consultants to join our growing team,” said Frida Carling, Director, nearshore commercial operations at Solita.

Until now, Solita has primarily delivered nearshore and offshore services through its trusted partner network, Friends of Solita. These partnerships will continue to complement the company’s expanded EU-shoring capabilities, especially in areas beyond Solita’s in-house expertise. Today, the company operates in ten countries in Europe, including Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK. Solita’s diverse customer portfolio includes both public and private organisations, such as the Colruyt Group, S Group, The Social Insurance Institution of Finland KELA, The Danish Road Directorate Vejdirektoratet, Pfizer, NATO, SSAB, ISS, Proximus, and Kone.
