Evida’s self-service solution Mit Evida, which is used by gas customers to manage their consumption, is facing an exciting upgrade. Over 325,000 Danish gas customers – both private and business customers – will soon be able to use a more modern and user-friendly platform, provided by Solita A/S.
Better user experience and higher security for Danish gas customers
As part of the comprehensive upgrade, Solita will focus on three key areas to ensure an improved platform:
- Higher security: The new upgrade will strengthen the protection of users’ data, ensuring an even higher level of security for personal and consumption data.
- Integrations and improved performance: Integrations will be established for the new cloud-based billing system, which requires an upgrade of the existing solution. At the same time, the architecture is being improved to meet new demands for performance and reliability.
- Better user experience: The upgrade will make Mit Evida even easier to navigate, making it faster and easier for users to get an overview of their spending and bills.
“We are pleased to be able to help make Mit Evida even better for gas customers. At Solita, our focus is to create a user-friendly and secure platform where it is easy for the consumer to keep track of their gas consumption in an intuitive way. We look forward to working closely with Evida and making the digital upgrade an improvement that customers will feel in their everyday lives,” says Morten Kryger, Senior Business Developer at Solita A/S.
