Solita and Intellishore announced today the appointment of Shankar Ralhan as the new Managing Director of Intellishore, the Solita-owned data consultancy. Shankar Ralhan will also join the Solita Group’s Leadership team. Solita joined forces with Intellishore in Denmark in 2021.
The Danish data consultancy Intellishore, which provides strategy and technology within data and AI, today announced the appointment of Shankar Ralhan as its new Managing Director. Shankar Ralhan will also take on the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) in the Solita Group’s Leadership Team.
Intellishore is undergoing a leadership transition following the announcement that its two founders, Amit Luthra and Sonu Banga, who have led the company since its inception in 2013, will step down from their roles.
Shankar Ralhan has been with Intellishore almost since its founding, and has most recently held the position of Head of Strategy & Transformation, where he has played a key role in the company’s growth and development.
While Intellishore became part of Solita, the technology, data, and design consultancy, in 2021, the company continues to operate under its own brand following the leadership transition.

The new leadership team at Intellishore, in addition to Shankar Ralhan, includes Kasper Nyvold, Adam Grønbæk, Mikkel Andersen, David Lyngh, and Martin Olesen.
