Why our surveys are so powerful
This isn’t a new initiative. Universal, all-inclusive feedback is a core part of the way we operate, as it has been since we sprang into existence over 25 years ago.
But as with all good things, you need to evolve to ensure it continues to support all involved. And so, in 2016, our survey initiative was set up.
Our software development team were the first to be asked about their work: the technology they were using, and how supported each individual felt to learn and grow. They were closely followed by our Data team, and now our Data and Integration specialists have been incorporated into this feedback loop.
