We follow the AWS Well-Architected Framework and is able to do reviews for you:

Cost optimisation: The ability to avoid or eliminate unneeded costs or suboptimal resources.

Our AWS consultants can review your environments against the well-architected framework with billing credits as an incentive. When you go through a well-architected review, which is a commitment of a few hours and move forward with any remediation identified in the review within 30 days, AWS provides credits to your account.
